About Dawn Herbert, ARNP

Dawn Herbert, ARNP, is a registered nurse practitioner and is part of White-Wilson Medical Center Gastroenterology Medicine team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Ms. Herbert received her Bachelors of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama.

The White-Wilson Gastroenterology team specializes in colonoscopies, upper endoscopy (EGD), flexible sigmoidoscopy and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) tubes at White-Wilson Medical Center in Fort Walton Beach.

Originally from Columbia, Tennessee, Dawn Herbert, ARNP owes her love of medicine to her mother. Her mother worked as a nurse and taught her the importance being a health care provider that patients can trust. Ms. Herbert has been caring for patients for over 10 years and is motivated by the opportunity to provide sound care to her patients. She entered into the specialty of Gastroenterology because she enjoys caring for those with complex health issues and helping find solutions.

Ms. Herbert is a mother and active part of her church and enjoys singing in the choir and boating.
