Michelle Anchors Named 2014 Little Black Dress Party Chair

FORT WALTON BEACH, Florida – April 23, 2014—The White-Wilson Community Foundation named Michelle Anchors, Honorary Chair of the 5th Annual Little Black Dress Party to be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014. The event takes place at the Emerald Coast Convention Center and all proceeds will help provide health services to women in need.

Anchors is a partner at the law firm of Keefe, Anchors and Gordon in Fort Walton Beach and an active part of the community. As honorary chair, she will serve as the event’s host and work to further the mission of the White-Wilson Community Foundation and increase access to care for women in need.

“I do not think there are many absolute truths, but I do believe that every woman in Northwest Florida deserves basic healthcare,” says Anchors. “Not all women are getting what they need, and we can do better.”

Anchors invites all to attend the 5th Anniversary Little Black Dress Party Black and White Gala. “Enjoy a beautiful evening raising funds for women. We will celebrate that we are helping provide education and care needed to keep them healthy workers, mothers and volunteers.”

Men and women are encouraged to wear black and white clothing and enjoy the night. The event features live and silent auctions, heavy hors d’oeuvres, signature drinks, musical performances and dancing. All proceeds from the event will benefit the White-Wilson Community Foundation and its women’s health initiative. Tickets are on sale now.
