About Rachel Couch, APRN
Rachel Couch, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family and pediatric nurse practitioner providing care for patients at White-Wilson Pediatrics in Fort Walton Beach. She began her healthcare career in 2011 as a registered nurse in emergency and intensive care. She later went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, and her post-Master certification in Pediatric Primary Care from the University of Colorado in Aurora, Colorado. With experience in primary care, women's health and urgent care, she also worked at an Air Force pain management clinic overseas.

APRN Couch's passion to make a difference in the lives of young children, as well as her belief that every patient is made in the image of God, shape the care she gives. She believes by providing patient-centered care that is holistic, evidence-based, and empathetic delivers dignified care for every patient. Her specialty lies in providing pediatric care including wellness care, preventive medicine, the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses and physical exams.

When not caring for patients, APRN Couch enjoys outdoors or fitness-related activities. She has completed five marathons and is an avid traveler. She enjoys spending time with her military husband, two daughters, and her golden retriever.
