About Trena Rios, APRN
Trena Rios, APRN, is a registered nurse practitioner at the White-Wilson Pain Medicine clinic in Fort Walton Beach, where she focuses on providing cutting treatment and care plans for patients with acute or chronic pain.

APRN Rios earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana but enjoys calling Florida home. With extensive experience in mental health, APRN Rios observed a recurring pattern of unresolved pain and set out to understand more about the relationship between mental wellness and pain. This sparked her desire to help others improve their quality of life and eliminate the physical limitations that impact patients of all ages and conditions. She broadened her expertise and skills beyond conventional care to include therapeutic injectable treatments that have been game-changers for many. She believes that equipping patients with comprehensive information about their condition and using the latest noninvasive treatment options, can be key to restoring patients’ activity, comfort and quality of life.

When not caring for patients, APRN Rios enjoys traveling and outdoor activities such as gardening and swimming.
