Ingredients
1 cup of fresh raspberries
2 wasa rye toasts
2 tbsp cottage cheese
1 tsp honey for drizzling
fresh herbs basil, rosemary and mint are all excellent options
Instructions
- Spread one tablespoon of cottage cheese onto the wasa rye toast.
- Top with fresh raspberries, drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh herbs.
