About Judy Hoffman, FNP-C
Judy Hoffman, FNP-C, is a registered nurse practitioner who provides same-day care at White-Wilson Immediate Care Clinic in Crestview. APRN Hoffman has extensive experience as a family nurse practitioner in both urgent care and family practice settings. She received a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.

With over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine, APRN Hoffman enjoys caring for and educating her patients to ensure they understand their treatment. She believes that seeing her patients where they are and understanding their present medical needs allows them to make informed health-care decisions. APRN Hoffman specializes in all aspects of Immediate Care, including acute care illness, flu and cold illness, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, and accidents such as strains and sprains.

APRN Hoffman is originally from Georgia and enjoys spending time with her extended family and friends when she is not caring for patients. She also enjoys traveling, mission trips, and photography.
