White-Wilson Medical Center offers laboratory collection and testing services at each of its locations in Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, DeFuniak Springs, Destin, Navarre and Niceville. Our in-house laboratories make having lab work during your doctor's appointment much easier, saving you an additional trip for needed lab work. Each of the laboratories in Crestview, DeFuniak Springs, Destin, Navarre and Niceville can perform limited testing on-site. Our central laboratory in Fort Walton Beach performs a full range of laboratory testing and with our twice daily courier service, the satellite locations can collect specimens for shipment to Fort Walton Beach. Our primary laboratory testing facility is conveniently located across from the main lobby at our Fort Walton Beach campus. Additionally, all laboratories have expanded hours to better serve our Immediate Care and Walk-in Clinic patients.
The laboratory accepts all patients with a valid laboratory order. The order must have the physician name, address, phone and fax number, ordered tests and applicable diagnosis codes. Please note that all patients performing lab tests for a White-Wilson Medical Center physician will have orders routed to the lab from the electronic chart.
Patients should also follow their physician's instructions for the ordered testing. Fasting tests may be collected Monday through Friday at all locations (our laboratory hours are listed below). In Fort Walton Beach, patients should first check-in at the main lobby desk across from the lab prior to visiting the lab.
