White-Wilson laboratory collection and testing services are available in Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, DeFuniak Springs, Navarre, and Niceville. Our in-house laboratories make it easier to have lab work done during your doctor's appointment, saving you an additional trip for any necessary lab work. Each of the laboratories in Crestview, DeFuniak Springs, Destin, Navarre, and Niceville can perform limited on-site testing. Our central laboratory in Fort Walton Beach performs a full range of laboratory testing, and with our twice-daily courier service, the satellite locations can collect specimens for shipment to Fort Walton Beach.
Our primary laboratory testing facility is conveniently located in the Family and Pediatric Clinic at our Fort Walton Beach campus. Additionally, the lab has expanded hours to better serve our Immediate Care and Pediatric patients on Saturday.
The laboratory accepts all patients with a valid laboratory order. The order must have the physician's name, address, phone, and fax number, ordered tests and applicable diagnosis codes. Please note that all patients performing lab tests for a White-Wilson Medical Center physician will have orders routed to the lab from the electronic chart.
Patients should also follow their physician's instructions for the ordered testing. Fasting tests may be collected Monday through Friday at all locations (our laboratory hours are listed below). In Fort Walton Beach, patients should first check in at the Family and Pediatric Clinic before getting their blood test.
