About Dr. McLean
Robert McLean, MD, Ph.D., cares for patients of all ages at the White-Wilson Otolaryngology (ENT) Clinic in Fort Walton Beach. He is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. McLean received his medical doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Medicine in College Station, Texas, and completed his surgery and otolaryngology residency at the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO.
Dr. McLean has more than twenty years of experience in the field of otolaryngology. He specializes in general otolaryngology care as well as more specialized care, such as the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck conditions, advanced ear surgery and advanced head and neck surgery.
After traveling the world on medical missions, Dr. McLean's biggest achievement was performing the first cochlear implant in Wyoming. He recognizes that no two patients are the same, which is why he is a firm believer in providing individualized care to each of his patients.
Dr. McLean is married and has six children. Being bilingual in English and Portuguese, he can care for a diverse group of patients in the community. When he is not caring for patients, Dr. McLean enjoys doing house repairs.
