Dr. Capps is a highly skilled neurologist with over 30 years of experience. He is certified by the American Board of Psychology and Neurology and has relocated to the area from Tennessee. He will join in practice with Dr. Fred Aubert, Jr., Dr. Gregory Piacente and Dr. Judy White.
