This distinction affirms White-Wilson's use of evidence-based approaches to quality and their commitment to building partnerships between patients and their primary care physician.

The Patient-Centered Medical Home is a model of primary care that emphasizes a team-based approach to improve care, patient experience and reduce costs. White-Wilson clinics in Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Navarre and Niceville are the only health care facilities in these communities to earn the Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition.
